"Decent prices, but nothing too exciting"
I ordered from Factory Direct Filters because the prices looked a little better than what I was seeing at local stores. It seemed like a decent deal, especially if you’re buying more than one filter at a time.
That said, once shipping and everything was added, the savings weren’t as great as I expected. The filters seem fine, but it didn’t feel like some amazing bargain. I also had a question/comment during the process and felt like nobody really read what I sent. I might order again if there’s a sale, but I’m not in a rush.

"They helped eventually, but it took a while"
In the end, they did get my issue sorted out. It just took longer than I expected to hear back from customer service, and I had to send a follow-up once before things really moved along. They were helpful once they responded, but the wait was a little frustrating

I thought changing my filter subscription was going to be annoying, so I was a little irritated before I even started. But then I paused it and changed the date in about a minute, and I went from frustrated to relieved fast. No hassle at all.

I was expecting the usual little checkout annoyances, but nope, it was painless. I found the filter size I needed, tossed it in the cart, and paid without any weird pop-ups or random issues popping up. "Filters seem to fit just right"
I ordered these replacement filters for my furnace, and they seem to fit just like the old ones did. I didn’t have to trim anything or try to force them in, which I was a little worried might happen. The size listed on the site matched what arrived, and the whole ordering process was easy. No real complaints from me.

In the end, they got the right filter to me and made the whole thing really easy. I’d definitely order from Factory Direct Filters again because of how they handled it.
My original order showed up with the wrong size filter, so I emailed them thinking it was probably going to turn into a whole back-and-forth. But they replied quickly, sent out the correct one, and didn’t make me argue or jump through a bunch of steps. Mistakes happen, but this was handled really well

"Finally found the exact filter size I needed"
I’d been striking out at local stores trying to find the right furnace filter size, so I gave factorydirectfilters.com a shot. They had a ton more sizes than I expected, and I found mine quickly. I also noticed a few brands I hadn’t used before, which was nice. I had a quick question and support basically said something like, “Yep, that size should match what you’re looking for,” which made me feel better about ordering. Really nice not having to guess or settle for something almost right. I’ll definitely use them again...

I was expecting the shipping to take a lot longer based on what they told me, so I felt a little misled by the estimate. That said, it showed up super fast, which was a nice surprise.

The filters did show up and they were fine, but the delivery took longer than I expected. The tracking wasn’t super helpful either, it kind of just sat there without giving much of an update for a few days. Not a huge deal, but a little frustrating when you’re waiting on something specific

I ordered a few air filters from Factory Direct Filters and so far I’m happy with them. They fit my unit without any hassle, and they don’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. I’ve been using one for a couple of weeks now and everything seems to be working like it should. The only reason I’m not giving it a perfect rating is because the packaging was a little bent when it arrived, but thankfully the filters themselves were fine. Overall, I felt relieved that they worked out because ordering the wrong or poor-quality filters is such a frustrating waste of time...

"Airflow Fell Off Fast"
At first, I thought these filters were going to be fine, but about two weeks in, the airflow took a nosedive. It was disappointing because I wasn’t expecting such a dramatic drop that quickly. They just didn’t work as well as I’d hoped.

The weird part is, the communication felt a little thin. I got the basic emails, but there wasn’t much detail in between, so I ended up checking the tracking myself a few times just to see what was going on.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I’d probably order again, but it would be a lot better if they sent clearer updates when an order is delayed or moving through the shipping process.
